Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with no signs of wear or marks. It should also be in the original packaging. If the items received do not meet the specified conditions, they may be returned to the customer.

  • Return Process: Contact us at info@savva-studio.com to initiate the return process and obtain SAVVA authorization. 

  • Documentation: Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy for the return process.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure courier service for returns.

  • Lost Returns: If your return is lost during transit, it's your responsibility to seek compensation from the courier. We are not liable for lost returns.

  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, return the item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted. 

  • Refunds: We will notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
