Production Time: Products are typically ready for shipment within 3 - 7 business days.
Shipping Options and Costs:
- Within the UK: UK customers enjoy free shipping on orders over £40 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery in 2-3 business days). For return, a £5 shipping fee will apply.
- International: Costs vary based on location (7-10 business days) with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. International orders over £80 qualify for free shipping. However, a shipping cost of £11 applies to international exchanges due to client requests. Have an unlisted destination? Contact us for pricing details.
- EU & NI Customers: Due to new GPSR rules effective December 13, 2024, we are temporarily unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.

Taxes and Duties:
- UK Orders: No extra taxes or duties within the UK.
